🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error → we bear shipping cost
  • Otherwise → customer may bear return shipping charges

❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

To cancel:

  • Contact us immediately after placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds for successful cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
